Welcome to our newest team members!
So the reason for our recent office move is to fit in our expanding team!
We had plans to grow before COVID hit, so plans were put on pause, as many of our business clients paused too.
But the need to grow the team is stronger than ever, so that we can support you in even better ways, and I’m delighted to introduce you to the newest additions to #TeamKP:
Firstly, we are so excited for Kelly, who is off on maternity leave from Friday 14 August!
Thank you Kelly for your hard work, and constant happiness and love.
We will miss you and will be counting the days til you return.
Nicki Smith joined us in July 2020 as Cloud Bookkeeper.
Some of you will already have been introduced, as Nicki has been working alongside Kelly, and has taken over while Kelly’s off.
Nicki has over 7 years’ bookkeeping experience, and spent 10 years as an IT trainer for the MOD, so she has all the right experience to provide you with the best support!
Sarah Eardley joined us in September 2020 as our new Client Co Ordinator. Sarah’s role is to make sure that you are loved and cared for, and making sure we have the right info from you. If you’re a new client with us, Sarah will also make sure that you are welcomed warmly and efficiently.
With a background in co-ordination of weddings and corporate events, Sarah has a passion to put clients first, and has fabulous organisational skills.
Elizabeth Austin joined TeamKP in August 2020 as Senior Accountant, and brings a wealth of commercial experience.
Elizabeth understands how to help you to boost your profits and cut your costs, and we look forward to introducing her to you!
Hannah Winman also joined the team in August 2020 as Senior Accountant, and has huge experience and knowledge of the hospitality industry.
Hannah can’t wait to get stuck into supporting you and your business, and help you to make plans for the future!
Jo and Trudie are still very much here to support you, and continue to put you and your business needs first.
We are in the process of catching up with our “usual” accounting and tax work, which we pushed to one side in March to support you, so we do appreciate your patience.
I want to reassure you that despite all the changes happening at Kinder Pocock, you are always our number one priority.
These changes mean that we can support you better, and spend even more time focusing on what you need.
To start with, things may be a little slower as we move offices and train up the team, so please bear with us.
If you have any questions, I’m always here for you.
We’re not going back to normal, but continue to support you, and help you to plan for the future.
