I have built up a wealth of experience having started in financial services in 1994 and I’ve recently taken the bold step to set up to run my own IFA practice, Fern Financial Planning Ltd. I’ve worked alongside Sharon and the Kinder Pocock team for the whole of my IFA life where we have helped many clients with their financial and tax planning needs.
Sharon and I use the phrase “joined up thinking” as we discuss clients and potential clients both before, during and after our meetings. We put our heads together to restructure or plan a company or an individual’s needs to meet their objectives and goals.
I believe we’re a dynamic, forward thinking team who focus on what’s best for our clients, and we wouldn’t be able to do this wihout online tools like Xero and Spotlight Forecasting, which gives us access to clients’ real time position. I also like to steal Sharon’s calculator at every opportunity.
What would surprise me about you?
After leaving school I trained as an electronics engineer so am able to change light bulbs to order! I now spend my spare time training for triathlons.
