As one of our clients you’ll be hearing from me regularly if I’m responsible for your bookkeeping, payroll and VAT. I’ll be the person who will be by your side as we get you set up on all our systems and make sure your Xero data is up to date. Unlike other practices, I’ll normally phone you first before emailing whenever we need you to do something. And that’s all part of the Kinder Pocock way.
I’ve come to Kinder Pocock from a background in customer services. With my AAT level 4 qualification, I am able to handle both your admin and basic technical queries.
If you phone through the office, it will normally be me answering the phone. Looking forward to your call!

I lived in New Zealand for 6 years, and whilst there I trained to be a Zumba instructor. I used to teach 4 classes a week and loved it! I am also a trained beauty therapist.
