I’m often the voice at the end of the phone for my clients. Need help with Xero? Concerned about a filing deadline? Have a general question about your tax return or payroll? It’s me that you will typically speak to or email. And, this is all part of the Kinder Pocock service. There’s no clock ticking or bill mounting up for me to sort out your day-to-day queries.
Like Sharon, I’m a great believer in finding automated solutions to remove manual entry. A great example is how Xero assesses employees for auto-enrolment and can publish the pension filing report to the pension provider. Having completed my AAT qualifications in 2017, I am now studying towards my ACCA certification.
